I only recorded one fake parkrun yesterday but in fact did 2 as I reset my Garmin, your fake parkrun, your rules :-)

Cool, thanks!

Did just over 7 miles of my run, then went round the Cardiff parkrun course (as most of it is on the route I was running anyway). Knew it’s wouldn’t be anywhere near a normal parkrun time, but did it as a sort of tempo run and managed a quicker time than I’d expected.

Not too bad Rascal - generally pretty quiet, though I did have to jump onto the grass a few times to avoid the odd person walking in a pair who wouldn’t move over.
