They drag tyres at Bedfont Lakes to make it harder. Well at least one very fit lady does! And chase trains Lovely place and great community. Just a stones throw from Heathrow. On a nice day it can be a bit of an oasis amidst the jungle, we spent a little time on top of 'millenium hill' watching the Tai Chi club going through their moves.

This is more a question on the level of the various fb pages but I'm not brave enough to post on there...:
What is the significance of the wavy yellow line at the bottom of official parkrun emails?
If I had to pluck a random guess I would say it's the elevation graph from Bushy, but I don't have the info to prove or debunk this...
