Locally Tewkesbury and Storehouse are cancelled agdin because of waterlogged/flooded ground. Luckily the tree which fell across our route and was part ofthe readon

Oops silly phone - reason for cancelling last weekend has been moved off the path, and the flooded paths are now just big puddles you can run through:-)

What the others said. Brueton is quite quick. So is Coventry despite it feeling a bit more undulating I’ve run relatively quickly there in there seems more room at Coventry to me.

Have you seen today's parkrun email? It's actually made me quite angry. If you haven't seen it yet: blog.parkrun.com Bullshit. It really is about the run. The run is the core. The other good things hang off the run. If it wasn't for the run, we wouldn't even have all these parkruns. The vast majority were started by runners, for runners. Because they thought the run was the good thing and they wanted people to have the chance to take part. In a run. I wonder if I should leave a comment to that effect on the article? I don't think I'm brave enough. To put up with all the people piling in to say what a bastard I am to think parkrun is about running. Bah!
