I've 'run' 41 and volunteered 77 times this year, most of the volunteering at Bloxwich Juniors. In total I'm on 355/354 so timekeeping at Perry Hall on New Year's Day should get me to 100% |

I did 47 runs and 9 vols this year. My most consistent year ever - I only missed one for a Saturday race. I didn't do quite as much volunteering as I usually do as I've got one eye on my upcoming 250th run. I did 10 new-to-me locations this year. I got my overall PB down to 23:21. I'm currently on 238 runs, 70 vols and 38 locations. Goals for 2025 are to do my 250th run at the end of March, start doing a bit more volunteering again after that, get my p-index and v-index up by 1 or 2 numbers each (currently 6 and 5 respectively), do another 12 new-to-me locations to get to 50, and get my PB down to sub-23 (a focus for the summer). I won't get 100% attendance in 2025 (I have two Saturday races booked and likely won't be able to do Christmas Day next year) but am already pencilling that in as a target for 2026. What a lovely thing parkrun is

A good parkrun year I think. 74 volunteer stints. 41 run, first time I’ve hit the 40 in 13 years…. AND fastest in 5 years. Looking forward to 2025. |

57.5 Days of Xmas
45/36 for me at 18 locations (nine new ones). A lot of Ambassador credits, but a good few at juniors too. Most ever events, but easily my slowest year. Will get to 400 shortly, and hope to raise my p-index to 10 before too long but don't have any other targets other than a few new venues. |
