Personally Glossop, but expect a consensus will give you Monsall.

Cheers Weath. I'm leaning towards Glossop myself. Just looks easier for parking and laps mean I can duck out more easily if the dog isn't enjoying it.... but feel like Monsall might be the more touristy one to do, like we *should* want to do that one!

Trying to decide on which Belfast parkrun to do this coming weekend. Not Ormeau, we've done that one already.

If you choose Monsall then you must have breakfast at Hassop station start/finish of parkrun. |

I didn't elucidate on my reasons @RooA, but that pretty much sums them up!😉 Standard out-n-back at Monsal along the disused track. Seen 1, seen them all pretty much (and personally running on one twice a week at home does mean they hold no excitement for *me*. Although I must admit I enjoyed the one at Wynyard Woodland on Sat ...!) Glossop: undulating, technical in places (narrow and slippy with rocks underfoot) was much varied and interesting. Parking I recall easy at both. Toilets - cant rmbr what we did at Glossop but available at Monsal. Similarly the cafe situation, although I do recall Monsal being absolutely rammed and not the best experience on the day. Enjoy whichever you choose. There are certainly ones I would have lesser love for compared to either of these in parkrun word! |

The trick to Monsal is to park in Central Bakewell and jog up the line to the start. You have to pay either way but it's much less crazy than parking at Hassop. The run is much of a muchness but the cafe is fab. |

Queens is tempting because it gets the Q out of the way.
