I knew it was your local parkrun larkim having seen some of your previous comments, plus I'd also remembered your London Mara photo with your good lady wife (it was her I first spotted today!) - I'm not a stalker, honest!

Feeling totally crap to be honest and the torrential rain on the M6 didn't help the mood coming home, but thanks anyhow!

At home this week on set-up. We have one volunteer who does this every week but he's on away for 3 weeks so we had a mild panic and are trying to cope with out him 😂

Had a good run at Eastville on Saturday. It's a nice course, a lot less confusing in reality than it seems on the map. A lot less flat than Cambridge of course :-) . Hoping to do Y Promenad this week, but some logistics need to be sorted.
