The 1st 2kn downhill is great for getting a benchmark time for Utmost !

Not for me today sadly, i started at the back and there were some cautious runners. Loved it though.

Seven Fields for me today. They were running the B course which was all on tarmac and fast. Managed a SB so very happy :-)

Lovely run at Frimley today. New to us, very friendly and well marshalled. Mum and I chatted all the way round, a great start to Saturday.

Yes Velociraptorit was a nice small event do your homework for the start as they rock reasonably late and note you finish on the other side of the water to the start.
