Even during lockdown last year when the 4 of us were doing our own non parkrun then meeting on zoom we all had our toasted teacake for our coffee catch up ;-)

If I’ve put any effort into my run, cake will have to wait till I get home! Coffee (black, no sugar thanks) will do me fine.
