I'll eat anything Cup of tea though, none of this coffee nonsense I think if I had to choose my favourite cake though, coffee and walnut would run lemon drizzle or orange polenta very close. Or a good nutty flapjack. Or Victoria sponge. Homemade, not mass-produced, is essential. Of course I wouldn't turn down a toasted buttered teacake with Fetchie friends |

Toasted hot cross buns with butter come very close to tea cakes. If I'm forced to have cake , carrot or lemon drizzle are my favourites. With tea, of course. |
