Have you got the key to open the storage area?
One of the regular RDs is meeting me before she goes off for a bike adventure. I hope...

Milano Nord parkrun today. Flat 2 laps on mainly tarmac with some gravel. It was someone’s 30th birthday and there was cake, sweets, sweet tea, biscuits and also Prosecco at the finish.

Warm but enjoyable 😎

<quote>What kind of course is it?</quote>
All tarmac, 2 laps. A bit hillier than nearby courses (e.g. Hackney Marshes, Victoria Dock - both of which are essentially flat), but not very hilly in the grand scheme of things.

From Holiday Inn, get on the 425 or 25 to Mile End, and it's about 10 mins walk to the start from there. Alternatively, you can walk to Stratford Station and then get the central line to Mile End (and then 10 mins walk) - but since the bus stop is basically over the road from the hotel, whilst the tube station is a decent walk away, I think I'd probably bus it.
