So my return is confirmed and I am going to Market Bosworth as a friend from the SARF is coming up to do something and fitting a parkrun in first.

I know the park, I was a member of the 1485 tri club a few years back. Time to find out how 2023 is shaping up.

Hooray! After 4 failed attempts due to heavy rain, too much mud and then the course being shut down to recover, this weekend I get to guide run with a new runner at Guildford. I'm also going to be doing a guide running training session with a few people there. I'm really looking forward to this and hopefully Joshua likes it too.

Had a donut, saw friends . Market Bosworth course was lumpier than expected but happy to grab a big W !
