Dvorak - that was a 1 min run, 2 min walk and the first for a year, I want to get back to running 5k continuously before travelling anywhere to parkrun.

Well different things for different people, but you were faster than my run 2 walk 1 parkrun on Saturday :-) I've run-walked several parkruns over the last year.

Hoping to be an Alba-near this Saturday, only two Scottish Parkruns to go and black ice isn’t going to postpone Erskine Waterfront this weekend.
