Here's a mad question for you, Pixie (and I hope I've got the correct person!)
Do you think all the horse riding you did as a teenager means you are still able to activate bum and leg muscles without too many probs? Many women have pretty poor glute recruitment - although 'booty gains' have become more fashionable in recent years.

I was a horse rider in my teens and actually only gave it up in 2014 when my hip stopped me. I think my glutes and legs have always been easy to ‘find’ (if you know what I mean) so for me perhaps yes.

100% legs always been stronger and the hours of riding must be behind that (🤣🤣)

I don’t think it’s the plan’s fault, it’s 80% down to lack of willpower and 20% life getting in the way. It’s 100% better than no plan at all.

I tried to book a swim but I can't for some reason. I think perhaps slots are not yet available to non-members. Will try tomorrow again. Have also sent off for something to fix my wetsuit. Am still hopeful for more lake swimming.
