How's the weekend looking?
After a second day of cancelled trains I did get to Lee Vee (again) and continued with my stronger/faster/higher/longer campaign.
Pushed the mighty sledge again - ridiculously helpful for my drive outs. I must find something that has a similar effect before races (if I ever get to race again!)
Leg press. Still experimenting how heavy I can go on this - did two sets of 10 at 72.5 kilos and relaised I could go heavier. One more set of 10 at 80kgs. I might have a weedy upper body but my legs and bum are mighty! (For an ancient person)
