Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
I have kicked off October by ensuring I have a rest day after completing Run the Sum last month, the sun is shining so it is tempting to go out but I shall resist :-)

Nice to see some new faces here :-)

Agree with MrsJ. (not for first time) - nice to see new faces. Haven't quite worked out who Homeless Kodo is (was?) but have a possible!

In spite of some moments of feeling silly/overambitous and RIGHT out of my depth (height) and comfort zone, I commenced another month's training with The senior Jumps group at Lee Valley this morniing.

Shh, the coach, said agian that I am definitely stronger which is a brilliant thing for a 67 year old to hear.

I managed to do lateral lunge and step ups on to the highest box - the one the other two women and the boys were using.

But see next post...

Ha my guess was correct! HELLO Homeless Kodo. You are most welcome! You can help Rae and Pix - and me come to that - with our strength improvement ambitions. :-)

Cracking headtorcher with Stef and three club mates up to Top Withins and back. Top Withins is a part restored ruin on the Pennine Way. It’s thought to be the inspiration for Wuthering Heights

About This Thread

Maintained by Sharkie
As promised - a carry on doing stuff thread.

Not a typo above. Half term is too early in the month and end of month Halloween is over promoted anyway. Half time can mean whatever you want it too and BE whenever you want it to be.
