My work mug says ‘grin and bear it’ and has a picture of a bear.

I went to the climbing wall tonight with the mantra ‘it’s not about success or failure it’s about showing up’. I had a good climb.

Continual improvement beginning with building a good base (doing Run the Sum helps this) and then adding threshold sessions. I'll just see where it takes me.
My mug is an antidote to Keep Calm and Carry On. It says "Get Excited and Make Things"
