I will do day 10 later - Day 6 was really Pilates modifications (nothing wrong with that!) and I had to catch up on 7 and 8. I do prefer it with a bit less talk overall, and Day 9 was more along the lines of what I do yoga-wise.
I'm sure I've done a few Kissandra sessions, I will need to go back and check.

I was going to do only one session today because I had a real life yoga class this morning, except, due to it being January, it was fully booked. :-(
That gave me time to 2 YWA sessions :-) - Day 4 - Movement and Day 5 - Represent.

No dance classes for me today, so, intrigued by all your comments about this year's 30 Days, and because it may well be the final one, I did 1 this morning then 2 and 3 back to back mid afternoon.

Can't vouch for 'Dedicate' (2018?) cos I somehow missed that, but 2024 seems the most different from all the others since 2015. Straight into it, as I think some you have noted - but then days 2 and 3 are very much follow ons with little actual variety. If these initial practices/days are a little harder than other times then at least the repetition helps if you feel a bit lost or slow.

What I found new was the use of a low squat in all three - and straight into planks galore. The planks are cool because they aren't held for silly lengths of time (pet bugbear of mine, not cos I can't but it seems a waste of time). They are very much linked into movement.

I might try and do another three tomorrow - that will include (I guess) the dreaded day six.

They get more varied. And six is tough but effective. I would do that again.

Thanks Linds. I look forward to see if my balance has improved since last year. It's ok for your average nearly 71 year old but pretty crap for your average dancer. And yogi I guess.

I'm still v. bendy but I'd trade some of that for more Strength and Stability.

Oh dear, Day 6 will be my next one, tomorrow. :-o ;-)
I hope my years of Pilates and yoga will get me through it. :-)
