I disagree CharlieP. The parkrunners of Thurso will be so overcome with enthusiasm for inaugurals that they'll spend the week assembling a pontoon over the Pentland Firth ready for an mass invasion of their northern neighbour.

I thought it would just be a flotilla launched from John O' Groats, with a northern detachment from Shetland.

Where is the Macclesfield one planned to take place? Will fill a nice hole in the map there I think.
