Any news on the Aberdare parkrun? Seen some updates in local press and twitter a few months back but seems to have gone quiet. Id be happy with another one to choose from in the South Wales area.

I get the impression that it is nearer the "waiting to go live" stage than the "still getting things sorted out" stage. However, that is based on how it was referred to in a brief mention in one conversation.
