Yes, that's what I was veering towards as Ziva don't have any imperial weights for their bars (and it wasn't a neat imperial weight either). At least I can stop banging on about it now... Will be demoing technique to OH tomorrow as he wants to use free weights more. |

As I told Nic I CBA to go to the gym today (I have good reasons…), she said maybe we should think again about having a rack in the garage so we can do sessions at home for those times when just travelling to the gym feels like a barrier. We’d have to reorganise our storage, and probably throw some stuff away, but there really isn’t anything else stopping us.

Just back from my gym and blimey it was busy. I think I spent more time wandering round looking for weights than actually working. They’ve just added some more machines but not sure there’s any more plates to go on them, small ones anyway. They really need some more small ones like 2.5kg, there’s really not enough to go up in small increments
