Raptors Claws are coming to town
Oooh :)

Dilemma. Do I take longer rests between sets/stop supersetting to stretch out my sessions and make it more likely that I'll hit 25 hours before the end of the year? It's that or do those sodding wall sits and burpees again.

That's a good question .... what is better

I superset as I don't like the big breaks really as it feels wasteful!
But then is longer or indeed a rest break better? if I do take a break it's 30-40 seconds!

If I were you, and had the time 😉 I'd opt for longer rest periods. 😁

Raptors Claws are coming to town
There are people on the weight training forums who spend a whole hour at a time just on bench pressing.

And I thought 90 second rests between my deadlifts was a long time! 😉😂 All the other exercises, I have 60 second rests.

So Ness is your time the total time including rests or do you pause?
I think if you rest longer you can lift heavier so do fewer heavier reps which is better
maybe I will
