At least our Beanie sandbags in a way that makes us laugh.

I found another 75% of a pair of socks in a bag in the conservatory. That'll be an easy completion :)

An update on the cheap Amazon needles - they’ve just arrived. You need a needle gauge as none of the Pakets are labelled, they’re quite blunt and the cardboard backing the package has Chinese branding on the front and a complete rip off copy of Addi blurb on the back :-)

My delivery man didn’t deliver them even though I was in.

I can’t believe I got all bent out of shape over knitting needles. 😂 that’s a first. Imagine if it had been wool.

Love the cable work - it’s amazingly skilled.
I cast on several times and unravelled as the width didn’t match what I’d expected from the swatch. My casting on is much improved. Can’t wait to get cracking after work.

The pack of cheap needles I bought had numbers on them in line with the old numbers rather than American numbers. Not quite as good as some I bought previously which also came with a little needle gauge and a darning needle along with each circular.
