I have several things as WIPs that I need to finish. 1.5 sleeves on a cardigan, the trim of a lace pi shawl that ended up in two colours because I only had two balls of the lighter colour. I'm hoping I have just enough yarn to finish off the edging as this yarn doesn't seem to exist any more!!

I really hope that what you found was Stephen West?

I love Stephen West - I went to his shop when we were in Amsterdam and almost swooned at talking to the man himself.

Opinions please. This is a 50/50 silk/merino laceweight. I got 2/3 through a jumper, decided it wasn’t working and frogged it and now I’m knitting this simple raglan. The very obvious line is where i switched from frogged yarn to a new skein. Is this going to block out? I really, really hope so - I can’t face frogging this again

You could make a feature of it,, HB ;) Did you soak and rewind the frogged yarn, or just knit it up crinkly? If the latter, it's more likely that it'll improve with washing.

I did like my granny and knitted straight from the previous project without unravelling it all.
I’m losing my nerve a bit and may do a partial block now
