Thanks all. It's a testament to Debbie's design skills, I just followed the pattern. I really enjoyed all the different techniques.

It is lovely Meglet :) looks like a lot of work!

I have finally cast off the second sleeve of my longest ever wip. Whether I'll ever sew it together and finish it off is debatable!

Have ordered some of this ravelry.com 'cos it just sounded clever - yarn made of denim off cuts from a jeans facory :) need to decide what to do with it though - ideas?

Lovely blanket Meglet!

Many months after moving into this house, I finally dug out my yarn and cast on a Magrathea shawl. It's the most complicated lace I've attempted so far and I had a couple of false starts, but I've got the hang of the pattern now. It's a big bigger than the picture now, and only a few minor mistakes :)

Lovely colour FDNB. I enjoyed doing Magrathea but needed the pattern the whole time, it never quite got into my head. Though it does make more sense and easier to spot mistakes once into the main section.

Seeing as I now have more yarn than I can knit probably for years unless I quit work ..... How do you store your stash?

I seem to have a sock yarn problem mainly but I justify that in it can all be used for gifts and socks are very useful! Still only doing basic pattern I may get brave this holiday! (1 week to go!!)

My stash is in plastic boxes in the garage. The garage isn't used as a garage, it's mostly a gym and it's clean and warm.

Also plastic boxes. Often a small cardboard carrier for WIPs.

The plastic tubs that washing machine tablets come in are quite useful for keeping similar yarn together.
