Trying the CTC tomorrow using ErgData as it counts strokes taken.

I was using ErgData today. I guess I had the wrong data screen showing!

I only remembered the function from when I was doing the wolverine plan and such things mattered.

It passed me by earlier, but there's a C2 Team Challenge log.concept2.com

Yes - three of us signed up so far, if you'd like your metres to count towards it you need to enter at log.concept2.com - I think there should be a button saying Join Team Challenge or something.

I will be contributing a few as I'm back on the C2 again at last :-)

I'd missed that too but I've just signed up and I'm in (for what it's worth).

2 x 12 min @ UT1/ R22 this morning. Very cold in the shed. I wore tights and a long sleeved thermal shirt!

HNY all. Something else passed me by…. 1,280,000 for 2023 and just over a million this season. Highest total since 2011-12. Last time I rowed a marathon. The best bit is I still don’t feel fit 😂😂😂

Just stumbled across this thread... I've been doing 4x(500m/1:00r) as a warmup in the gym for a while now. Hope nobody minds that I've just joined the Fetch team on log.concept2.

Welcome Andy. I also stumbled in here not too long ago after I started pre gym rows.

I've continued to do easy short rows as a warm up these last few weeks as I focus on the gym work for Hyrox. I did knock out a 2,000m effort today though, which has drawn me back here. I took some time off my previous effort with a 6:51.6. Whilst it felt hard enough, my HR didn't really get above my running threshold so I assume there's more there.
