3k done at an easy pace and (so far) no issues from the Achilles. Hopefully that's a sign of good progress and I can start rebuilding from 1/1 and get things back on track.

I asked the computer to choose my workout this morning, and it gave me 60 minutes at varying rates including two 10-min segments at 26 spm. After a quick lunch and shower, an afternoon nap could well be on the cards.

2K+9-ish so not eyeballs out at that spm but still, the old quads were protesting by the end. Most of the workout was at 18 spm 2k+20 or so but there were several little bursts like 30 seconds at 30 spm x 5 thrown in to stave off boredom.

I think 30 seconds @ r30 is going to burn me almost as much as 10 minutes @ r26!
