That sounds great. I was wondering how to do that as I couldn't see how to display data like pace and stroke rate at the same time as the drag factor.

Impressive metreage for 30 mins, Nellers! In the 6,9xx range myself at the moment, aiming for the 7,5xx range by the end of the year. Work to be done!

I know. 1:5-something pace for 30 minutes! That’s not human.

Just checked. 1:53.4/500m pace for 30 minutes. Definitely some kind of freak.;-)

Pfft. 7900 is just attention-seeking, really. Although 2.05.5 at 20 spm is no bad going!

For me this fine sunny morning ... 1k warmup then 2 x 2500m, 2-min rest. Shaved 1 sec/500m off the pace from the previous similar session with hr headroom to spare, so pleased enough. And as usual, a nice shaker-out for the legs after yesterday's run.

The progression you’re seeing almost daily is really encouraging Muttley. Show how important consistency and a realistic plan are. Well done.

I've tried the beta test thing for importing from C2 logbook.

Definitely works. I got the time and distance through really easily but none of the details so I've deleted it and imported the TCX files manually.

16km tonight. Warm up, 4 x 3km/1 min rest, warm down.

Unable to row tuesday or Wednseday so had to get some in tonight to hit my 5-per-week plan.

Absolutely shattered now though.

That's a big session, Nellers. Not surprised you're shattered. I was feeling quite pleased with my 7km tonight until I saw that!

I tried to use the ergdata app with the rower at the gym tonight but couldn't get it to connect via bluetooth, so will have to use a cable if I want to pursue this. Does anyone know if I need to get a special cable (it said something about an iconnect C2 cable on the ergdata screen), or if I can use an iphone to USB cable?
