Pleased todays row went ok post jab Muttley! I'm getting my jab at the weekend.

Nice gains on the 45r18 Nellers, and that's some session yesterday - well done! I should think that built some mental strength too!

I'm having a few easy days as I've got toothache 🙄

And I've moved smoothly into gold and silver positions for the "daily champion on smallest number of metres" monthly prize :-)

I haven't felt 100% this past week with toothache and then the Covid vaccination, but I limped over the line of the C2 Mud Season Madness Challenge today - a minimum of 5k for 25 days during March (I didn't manage the 10k challenge).

I'm hoping to add a few runs during April - light nights are here.

Hope you're all enjoying the warmer weather while it lasts 😁

Hope you get that toothache sorted, Craggy. Well done on keeping going with the 5k daily challenge!

I've been ticking off the sessions through March. Managed to really get the hang of the Level 3/tempo sessions (6 x 2k, 4 x 3k, 3 x 4k) but the Level 2/Threshold sessions are a bit tougher. That's what's on the plan for tomorrow so I'll see how that goes.

Thanks mate, toothache has subsided for now thankfully.

You've been doing really well on those tempo sessions! Good luck with tomorrows threshold session, I'm sure you'll "enjoy" it!

And Craggy gets the buzzer beater for the lowest metres daily champion! We've got to think of a catchier title for that!

I'm sure I'll enjoy it when it's over, Craggy. During might be a different emotional response!

Haha I had a look at the monthly totals this morning but didn't notice the daily champion... I matched Muttleys 3.1m from Feb 😆. Big metres in March Nellers well done!

I was looking at the Fetch 600m Castle Challenge, but I don't think you can include rowing miles?

I managed my highest monthly distance last month, 18.5 miles. Hoping to do more this month.

I think it's just running and walking Craggy, I joined just for fun.
