No worries Nellers, I wasn't fishing for thanks, just wanted to make sure that it'd all gone through okay. Indeed some interesting sessions there.

Now, this happens on occasion, like this morning. It should read 2,020 metres (the warmup). I'll not bother Lord Fetch about it, not yet anyway, but does anyone else get this?

Thanks, Muttley. I've also just skimmed through them so far, but might experiment with some of the shorter/faster sessions. I had to work really hard to bring my default stroke rate down from 30+ and now I struggle to get above 28s/m. What's that all about?!
And no, I've not come across that importing problem before, Muttley. But I now download the TCX file from C2 and upload that, which seems to have issues of its own when it's trying to handle an intervals session.

I've never had import issues like that before Muttley, I just import from the C2 logbook which it looks like you're doing?
I reckon you're taking the"daily champion on the lowest amount of metres" to extremes with your -1 metre 🤣

I think Craggy has rumbled my fiendish plan
I may not be in the running for the prize for much longer as I progress through the Beginner PP. I've never seen it all the way through before so that's the goal for now. It gets quite demanding the further you get into it. Then I'll try out one of those Breaking Muscle plans.
Anyway, a steady 8k this morning, hr comfortably in UT1 territory, and surprised not to get drift towards the end because the lounge faces south and it's warm and sunny.

Easy 45 r18 this evening. HR is coming down again and I'm feeling a lot more comfortable at the rate/pace.

Nice going Nellers! I'm on a few days off, just playing it safe post-jab. Today's run was really heavy going, tomorrow I'll see how it goes on the erg. The hrm will tell the story.

We were advised to take it easy for at least 24 hours post-jab. Still had a day of feeling like cack (which is still better than getting actual COVID so can't really complain).
Buried myself tonight under 6 x 2km at 2:03 pace, 1:40 rest. It's not meant to be anaerobic so not too intense, but it's long enough that I'd have been struggling to hold the pace for a seventh for sure.

Well, a steady half hour or so at the usual UT1 pace and hr just a smidge higher but that could be due to it being warm. Within the margin of error, I'd say.
So, onwards and upwards, erging and running into the brave new covid-free world.
