And all was back to NFN (Normal For Nellers) this morning so 3 x 7 minutes @ r26/ 3:30 rests banged out. Felt reasonably good so I feel like there's definite progress over the last couple of weeks.
For me this afternoon, an easy 10,000 at UT2. Might as well crack on while a) the heel issue is holding back the running and b) the weather's foul and I don't fancy a run anyway in the teeth of a gale-force northerly.
3 days into October and no sign of Mousey yet on the distance table ... I hope all is okay.
I've just set up my new concept2 rower 😊. I doubt I will be doing the kind of serious rowing you guys and gals are doing though 😯 Also I am used to doing short stuff at my gym on it. I may give some longer distances a try though I'll be very slow.

Heels down and don't let the shins go past vertical. The sequence you want is legs-back-arms, arms-back-legs. Don't lean back too far at the end of the stroke.
You're very welcome EB. If you look at the Dark Horse YouTube channel there's lots of row along sessions with good technique tips and drills. You really can't go wrong with him.
