MSM day 25 done and dusted. Thought I would go out with a HM, not knowing that Nellers was also going for one.
1:37 and yes it is a long way.

I think I might take a day off tomorrow.

Has anyone seen the Spring VIII challenge on Concept2?

A different race distance every week for 4 weeks and we need a team of 8 of us who are going to do all 4 of the challenges. Can we get a team up?

I'm up for it if there are seven others.

Hi all - very new to the thread and indoor rowing. I've got daily access to a concept2 with PM5 and am keen to use this time to get to learn what i can and have some fun with it.
I read back a few pages and have looked at some of the Dark Horse stuff - very informative 😃
I'd be happy to join a team and take part in that challenge. I'm not sure I'll be any good though, so maybe just use me if you need someone to make up the numbers.

Welcome Rog T, and I'm glad you're getting something helpful from the thread.

In terms of teams, I reckon getting 8 of us able to commit for 4 weeks will be a challenge so I reckon you're in.

Nellers
Rog T

Who wants adding to the list then?

Morning all! Welcome to Deajay and Rog T. Nice to see all the familiar faces again, too.

Congratulations on the HM PB, Nellers. That's shifting a bit! That's a great time too, Sinj. Was that a PB for you?

The Spring VIII looks fun! If you're short of a crew member, feel free to add me as ballast. I don't mind being on standby until you've seen who else is interested, though. I'm hoping to get back on the erg later this week after about 3 weeks off, so will only be looking to complete the distance rather than TT, at least for the first couple of weeks. (And even when i do start trying there will be lots faster than me!)

Boat race was a husband and wife team (they both went to Oxford & he he did post grad at Cambridge) was relayed safely over Facebook. Not too bad here (no rowing). Hope y'all IDR's are doing fine.

I'm up for some team action...

CW - not a PB. Was a good few minutes short of that, still haven't gone under 1:30 though.

BTW - Have you seen the price of 2nd hand ergs on e-bay !
