Good achievement, @Ness. Had a really good holiday thanks, @geordiegirl. Despite a massive PW in the HM. (Who puts a 9.4% hill into the last mile of a race‽ Torremolinos, that's who. Tbh, I can't blame that for 95% of it ![]() However, six warm and sunny days from seven, and it's a lot easier to get stuck into the day when the views are this: Followed by this: Here's a picture of me looking decidedly chunky. I've only lost 7 pounds since I took my measurements but have lost the excess fat I had on my chest/ribs, one inch, and 3 inches off my waist. Strength work in the gym and macros 40/30/30 works for me.
