Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thanks all. I’ve always had a bit of a tummy/apron thing as I had 2 x ectopic pregnancies so they cut through the same muscle twice. I’m just hoping it shrinks a bit as the weight comes off.

Well done Jaks to reach your target, you've done really well.

GG - I agree with the others. You can't weigh yourself properly nor can you do much exercise wise. So don't fret about it. Just eat well and healthily to aid your recovery and when you're mobile again then you can start getting back your fitness.

Thanks all. Was staying at a Holiday Inn last night (visiting my Mum), but managed to fit in 40 lengths (800m) in the pool before we ate. I resisted the temptation of a beer with my meal - stuck to tap water! Back home now and have done my stretching exercises this afternoon. My foot seems 'almost' better - so I'm hoping I can venture out for a brisk walk sometime soon. Hope so - I need to burn off some calories as Mrs WM has bought an M&S Valentines meal deal, which I expect will include some sort of 'naughty' pudding.

Thanks Shades. I’ve decided to try and lose another 3 and 3/4lb that will take me to a stone lost.

WtnMel - hope you can get out for a decent walk soon. If only to work off tonight's pudding 😉

Jaks - I'm sure it's won't take you long to lose the last few pounds to reach your new target.

Pix - you're really doing well, lowest for 15 months is an impressive achievement.

I'm STS, as expected, as I've increased my calories as I was feeling hungry.
