Excitabubble
I've had a bad two weeks with TOTM AND a huge drinking session last weekend, so haven't weighed myself :-(

I will pop on the scales in the morning and see what happens.

Lalli
I have finally hit my goal weight after putting half a stone on, whilst away on holiday (major cocktail and icecream consumption!). My trick has been cutting back on the bread (hardly ever have toast for brekky now - porridge/oats have been a revelation) and crisps, biscuits, cake. Oh and discovered Tanquerary gin, which is lush and with a slimline tonic in a tall glass, only 65 calories!

wow - well done Lalli :-)

bread is my down fall as well - I dont have as much as I used to and mainly have rye bread - but the other night I bought one of those Tiger loaves from tescos and I just kept sneaking another wee slice - it makes me bloated for about 3 days after!

update

after getting up to 10st 10lbs on Friday - have gone back to the Anna Richardson 14 day body blitz - which takes me nicely to my holiday which i should have been slimming for before now! no bread, sugar, carbs after 6pm, alcohol or dairy - with the exception of milk allowance. I do go one step further and tend not to eat anything after my evening meal - just herbal teas.

so fingers crossed i can get rid of some of this bloat before the hols :-)

I've had an upset stomach and didn't eat for 36 hours. Result - lost four pounds.
At last something that works.. ;-)

Probably had this conversation before but how much difference to your weight does TOTM make.

Sometimes no difference, sometimes a couple of lbs go on for a few days then come off quickly with many, many loo visits.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh! Back to square one. I had shingle about 8 weeks ago and am still feeling the effectsof a post viral fatigue type thing. As such I am only able to manage very limited exercise and sadly I have been struggling to stay away from the junk. I have gained at least 3 lbs but need to somehow stop the gain.

3lbs isn't a disaster. It'll come off with a bit of thought about what you eat.
