I did my third 2 day yesterday, so far so good. easier than trying to eat smaller portions as far as i'm concerned.
I'm aiming for a stone.

I'm usually quite good with my 2 days, but struggle not to overeat on the 5 days!

I know what you mean, i think it has a positive effect on my 5 days, as i don't want to ruin the good work, and i'm just not as hungry - i don't think.

Well done Nick.
My fourth 2 day yesterday didn't end well in an airport lounge after a stressful day.
Still i have a race on Sunday so i'm not too concerned, need to get back on it next week.
