Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Rather pleasant run on the snow in the light rain this morning, probably should not of done the extra mile as the 25 miler i just did on Zwift on the bike was hard for the last 30 mins as legs were dead.

A pleasant run for me too in beautiful sunshine. I had planned 10 but it was so lovely it stretched into 12 making the most of the perfect running conditions 😊

At coffe time 9 am it was -23C. The forecast was rapid warning, however. I waited it out and had a threshold run with spikes on snow in a 2-3 pm window before snow started in the late afternoon. It had warmed up a huge amount to -9.

Evening run just under 10 miles with 7 x 4 mins at tempo effort with 2 min recovery. Included some small climbs in the tempo segments. No snow or ice but on last tempo segment was running into a biting wind that made me glad of the facial hair 😁

Impressive adaptations to the snowy conditions. ^^

The wind had veered from N at 2pm to SW 25mph as I set out tonight. Some minor route mods let me take advantage of this, but, even at 6 deg C it was very chilly! :)

Nice running swittle

The wind has had quite a bite to it the last couple of days.
