Jono.
Morning fetchlings, ran 2 miles this morning- 3rd run of the week. The plan moving forward is to carry thus on throughout January. The groin injury appears to be healing and its just a matter of building up some strength.

Just off to do the food shopping and then a bit of breakfast in New Bo.

Promising progress, Jono. - and very encouraging endurance, Merry Lip Gloss :)

Tonight, a little milder as the wind is backing NW. Tide well out, so plenty of beach to explore. U-turn, end of prom, then past the leisure centre and on into Blundellsands, where I took trails to the baths and rejoined the beach.
61 min.

Quite pleasant 3.6 miles, shorter than i was gonna do but pushed for time so skipped a bit.

Was only the one fetchpoint bug i skipped out so nothing too serious

The most perfect morning for my first parkrun of the year, a hard as I could on tired legs time of 22.03 and wava 82.87. I had forgotten what hard running felt like 🥴

Nice to see a few of us heading back in the right direction!
