I find it as tiring (if not more so), than running at what feels comfortable. It really feels a drag, and takes it out of me. I am comfortable running at 9-9.30 miles.

After 10pm, clear skies, and hoping to see a few of the planets in conjunction tonight. Mars, Jupiter, Saturn - binoculars needed for Uranus and Neptune. About 10.30, cloud brought my 'Sky At Night' show to an end.

Run? Oh, ye. Prom, docks, Marina side, coastal park, N up the beach and loop back to the baths; prom, cycle track & back to base. 64 min.

Sounds good swittle
Just over 8 miles to HR with 6 x 10 second hill sprints (jog back to start recovery) and 8 x 100 metre strides with 100 metre jog. Nice run.
Strength exercises and yoga before work

Good news Ally C

I will often run recovery runs at 10 min per mile minardi
Could it be that your marathon pace is faster than you think so 9-9:30 does feel comfortable.

Minimag, I think riggys99 meant you! Running at 9 - 9.30 is never comfortable for me!!!!
