Raptors Claws are coming to town
Wet. But otherwise quite good, 7.34 miles at a comfortable effort level.

It was too slippy for anything too exacting, so I did about 40 mins trails today.

Minimag
Long time since I posted on this thread!
I had a good long run today, second long run of my marathon training. Did sub 9 minute miles for 15.5 miles which I'm pleased with, and felt good until the last couple of miles.
I know I shouldnt be running my long runs at marathon pace, and will slow down for my next long run's, but wanted to gauge how I feel running at 9 minute miles.
My next long run will be at 10 minute plus miles, but it is so hard to run at that pace
