Love hearing your coastal runs swittle but makes me miss my runs at the van (back New Years weekend 😁) Today was a Misty run mainly on the footpath along the A57 for a 8 mile run with 4 mile tempo/LT that went quite well despite poor visibility. Yoga before work (last night shift till 27th 😁) |

4 miles is the most common distance I do as I mainly run at lunchtime so it fits well. Shall do 4 again later today

5 miles for me this morning. Shorter version and anti-clockwise meaning I took on the steeper part of the Beacon side Climb. Much to do before mid March HM but getting XMas out the way before starting the hard graft. |

Nice and peaceful few miles as day broke. Only issue was a diversion as a farmer had stuck a trailer between buildings blocking the footpath I was following 🤬

Raptors Claws are coming to town
Just over 8 miles, all at an easy effort level. No rain and only a light wind. I WIN

Thanks, riggys99 I'm thinking you'll be putting in some extra sessions while you're free from work After 10 last night, mild, skies mostly clear and an incoming tide shepherding me over to the prom at the baths. Grassy trails to The Serpentine, then a prom-trail loop over Burbo Bank with a splash of sea by the car park! At the baths, ill advised foray onto softish sand but I stuck with it as far as the lakes path and back to base. 65 min. |

Did a parkrun this morning. Only my second run in three weeks. Its been a struggle for various reasons - injury, flu and just too cold. Signed up for Run up to Xmas to do 100km and only managed 23 the whole month. Oh well, I'm still here 😆 |

I did the 90 mins my watch called for. I chose trails. The temperature was rising through zero, but I didn't really get wet. My new xmas wooly leg warmers worked out well with 2-in-1 shorts. Here's a genuine Norwegian yule log for you all |
