Thanks both - often I do take my phone out with me on longer runs or trail runs (actually have location tracking turned on there so my other half can see where I am) but because I was doing a speed session I didn't have it. I might take it out nonetheless in future, it's probably less of an interference than the dog would be!

Staggered around slowly last night, first run in a while as I'm struggling at the moment. Will try a parkrun tomorrow but might end up as a parkwalk.. |

Hope that's a 'one off', riggys99 10pm, night before full moon, impressive illumination from a clear sky. High tide half an hour before I set off: breakers only 30 yd from the prom, so two routes on the coastal park preceded a bobbly, bumpy half-mile over the sand, before taking the cycle track back to base. 61 min. |

Nice to hear that you got it sorted riggys. Lovely running swittle. Got my last hard marathon specific run today, as the third day with some sort of MP. And today these last 5km was hard, but pretty tired legs now. Feels nice to been able to do this. Now a few days with less hard stuff. |
