I'm OK a little worried but trying to remain healthy. A little tired works being manic, I'm in retail well known health and beauty store. Selling out of a lot.

Well Fetchies I've had a real weekend of ups and downs. Our trip to Zambia in May has been postponed, so there's less pressure on me to get some bike training in. But we still want/hope to go to Botswana so will try to make some flight changes and hope we can still travel.
We've been out in the fresh air taking photos and saw a red squirrel, woodpeckers, a water rail and four roe deer. I didn't sleep so well last night, so I'm pooped and off to bed now.
Be excellent to each other.

It's a bit of a whirlwind isn't it? Just phoned my mum who seems quite upbeat considering. It's a bit depressing not having any races to run but (at the moment) I can still run outside and get some fresh air. I'd like to do it with others but that seems to be frowned upon which is a shame. I'm fine with work as I normally work from home so it's nice to have that security. The family are fine which is the main thing. Glad the weather has improved, nice to have some sun and see the trees in blossom. Overall 7 out of 10 maybe. Stay safe people.

I've just taken delivery of a preformed pond liner - so I now have a big hole to dig to keep me busy
I haven't slept for the last two nights though - so it won't get started today and am not sure if today's run will happen or not yet.

Take care RH...and try get some sleep...your immune system needs it. Happy digging.
I'm now working from home for the foreseeable future. Last night's yoga class at the office in London was the last one for some time. 3pm train yesterday had one other person in my carriage (8 carriages), then we picked up 3 more people at Surbiton. Homeward train just after 7pm was not as busy as previous journeys when I teach on the Monday after work.

Nice to see you chunkywizard. I enjoyed hearing you on the Fetch podcast. Whirlwind/rollercoaster? Today for me it seems like I'm getting more used to the situation. I'm working from home too for the foreseeable and can enjoy a lovely view over the sea from my desk.

I'm feeling a bit better today as my son, who is in high risk group, is now wfh. He does have little children who are at school but the infection risk is more controllable now.

I’ve just been for a run in the park in the sunshine. Short sleeves for the first time this year. Everywhere is very quiet - it was lovely.
I volunteer for the witness service at crown court and am debating whether to go in tomorrow. I’ve been told it’s up to me and I don’t think I’d be particularly at risk. Even though I travel by tram it’s only 5 stops and my daughter said it was virtually empty on the platform this morning. I’ll avoid the rush hour and it should be ok.

My gapless smile has been restored with some 'cement'. The dentists' surgery had an atmosphere of conscientiousness mixed with apprehension. Even the card reader [for payment] was wrapped in a plastic bag,
