Hey everyone. I'm currently going through the process of a referral to a long covid clinic following having Covid for Christmas. I'm not really sure what this is going to entail. I just thought I would ask you lovely fetchies if any of you have experience with long covid? Has anyone got any expwrience of recovery and returning to some semblance of training? Deliberately not googling as any news article I've previously stumbled upon seems to focus solely on negatives...
