Happy for you, Swittle :-) - a good landmark.

A bit shit, since you ask. Not because the whole world is going completely fucking hatstand - I'm quite used to that by now - but because I crashed my bike today. Bump on the road, went flying.

Still, only a bit of road rash and a very painful (but not, I think, broken) hand; and no-one ran over me, or my bike, as we lay on the road. The bent handlebars can hopefully be straightened out. I doubt if I can drive to parkrun though, which is a real pisser.

Anyway, I've got that out now, so thanks :-)

Thanks for that, Dvorak. Sorry to read of your bike grief - and hoping you're quickly mended.

What a lovely idea.

Iā€™ve been very busy the last couple of weeks, and work stuff is stressing me out. QP is stressed about college too which I end up carrying as well. And now all this bloody uncertainty around coronavirus. I have that feeling like everything is closing in on me and I canā€™t control it.

Iā€™m hoping some time in the outdoors over the weekend will give me space to breath.

thanks for asking, Scribbler - I hope you're doing OK..

I'm still in a world of stress not knowing what's wrong with my poor dog and assuming worse news.
eed to keep myself almost isolated to reduce the risk to mum. it's all getting a bit much and fetch love and general common sense is just about keeping me sane.

Definitely anxiety here ā˜¹ļø Itā€™s all focused on my M-82 yr old I -L who has a weak heart. I work close up to the general public..but I also spend quite a bit of time with her.

Iā€™m terrified it will be me that kills her.

What a lovely idea for a thread, Scribbler. You're lovely heart

I'm feeling a great deal better than a front line health care worker in a time of pestilence ought to be, possibly because any anxiety I might have is being displaced into washing and Clinelling everything in my consulting room.
