On older watches like mine, using trail run to avoid impact on the VO2Max calculation is worthwhile.

On my watch I have different screens / fields set up for trail run vs road run, basically I tend to want different information depending on the kind of session I am doing.

I'm unable to import os map created gpx routes to follow now, it is annoying and affecting others the same e.g reddit.com Has anyone here struggled similarly & resolved? |

Just tried it and had no issues. Posted on the reddit thread, but created a route and shared it via GPX to Connect as I would do normally. I didn't do a complex route. Happy to test out here if you want to share the gpx file with me? |
