I'm one of those guys who is always a generation out, just invested in the Fenix 6 Pro as it would be rude not to, since they have reduced the price somewhat since they bought out the 7 (still have buyers remorse at the £370 price tag though!)
Quite liking it so far

It's a really good unit, I have a 6x and it's a great piece of kit. The things I'm seeing about the quality of the GPS track on the 7 are tempting me to upgrade (I think I said on here a while back that a decent multiband implementation was the only thing that would really make me want to upgrade). I suspect a 7X might do me until I am too old to carry on the way I do now anyway.

Hope you enjoy, Homer.

My 7S says "Overreaching" after my race yesterday. Probably a bit skewed, since that was the first run I'd done with it - I'd only logged walks and boot camp/PT class before then!

I think I'm going to have to read the manual to find out what this means. My 5 mile race yesterday. Should I have had more than 3 Weetabix?

I have no idea. My pace was even (apart from a few planned walk breaks).

Heart rate went up during the first 14 mins but stayed around the same range from then on. I didn't feel like it got particularly harder after 14 mins. Indeed, really, I'd just warmed up.

It could just be the metrics bedding in, I guess, this was the first time I'd run with the new watch.
