I’ve downloaded the Fetch App to log walks I’m doing for now. My phone battery isn’t great but I’ll see how long it lasts. I did a short dog walk this morning and the squares have shown on WSW so it seems to work well enough for my needs. I’m also logging on my Vivoactive and will delete duplicates when it’s back up and running again.

Ouch, Pix Might be worth trying what someone suggested on the previous page now, before the same thing can happen again, moving the activity files onto your PC?

^that would have been Juliane Fuchs.
I've seen people on other forums saying the same thing, especially on units that don't keep as much history - they should be deleting the oldest activities automatically and aren't. It's not just the storage space but the watch's internal database of what activities were done when, I suspect.

No hint of time frame at all. Probably wise. I think they should be saying more than they are, but at the moment either they're paying a ransom and have a lot of files to decrypt, or they're rebuilding from clean backups and won't be able to risk re-opening until they know there is no trace of the malware on the systems and no risk of recurrence.

Mine is doing exactly the same Pixie and mine is only 6 weeks old. I am simply going to use the orange site on my phone for the time being.
Just hope it’s sorted by Saturday as an have a real race.
