Good morning Fetchies - i have just returned to amazon my set of Shokz openpro bone conducting headphones. Until a month ago i was pleased with them . Purchased over yr ago, and apart from when running near noisy traffic they certainly met the need, and accompanies me on many a long run. however in last few weeks the on-off button seemed to stick often , so very difficult to switch on or off. Searching the amazon help pages i stumbled on the chat box - and as fauly agreed to a refund.
