It's still going down, RH and that's what you're wanting. Mine will be up this week as we had a Chinese takeaway last night pig and it will take more than 2 days for the 4lbs I gained to disappear. I was on track for a 1lb loss. Never mind - in it for the long haul :)

That was an interesting article, thanks SK. I mentioned it to son2 who really does need to lose a couple of stone. He's a grazer which suggests that he's a 'big dipper' and that's why he has trouble with his weight. His brother doesn't graze and is as skinny as you like.

The weighing scales here have always weighed a good 4lbs heavier than at home, but I was pleased to see 9st3 when I weighed this morning- that would mean a tiny loss!

+3.4lb this week. I'm yo-yoing again 🙄 but a beer or two in the garden after yesterday's long run were so delicious, I don't regret it.

I have put on loads. I blame comfort-eating and no running while poorly. Back on the wagon today.

Morning everyone \0// . Things aren't too bad, thanks Rosehip. The week wasn't perfect but was better than it's bee. Scales show a downward movement so hopefully I can have another almost good week, perfection is so over rated don't you know :-)

striving for perfection leads to "sod it I've f'cked up now, where's the chocolate" thoughts. Accepting "better than it was" and aiming towards "good enough" is more sustainable :)
