Great work GM & Corrah

I have just put some marinaded thighs in the oven to make chicken schwarma. It was supposed to be for pizza topping on Saturday but we ended off using the ones in the freezer from last oven fire up.

I've put on about 4 pounds over the last week (poorly, no exercise, comfort eating). Back on it today so hopefully won't take too long to lose it again. Also making the effort to drink more water - I've got out of the habit recently.

Well done to you too, RH.
I've also got to drink more water, SW. I was doing well with that, then I think getting fed up of being cold all the time turned me to more warming drinks but fewer of them.

I do need to drink more water (& less wine!) although might go for a cheeky beer at the local tonight!!
